What counts as a recovered opportunity?
A unique customer who clicked your tracked booking link within 72 hours of a missed call, recall reminder, or no-show. The same customer clicking twice doesn't double-charge you — we dedupe per contact across all flows for 30 days.
What if someone clicks but doesn't end up booking?
We only charge when a real person engages with your recovery message and goes to your booking page. Not every click becomes a booking — but without that click, the opportunity was already lost. You're paying for re-engagement that wouldn't have happened otherwise.
What happens if I recover more than £300 worth?
Extra recoveries beyond the cap are free. Your bill is never more than £300/month no matter how many opportunities we recover.
How do I know I'm being charged fairly?
Every recovered opportunity is logged against the original missed call, recall send, or no-show event that produced it. Full attribution is visible in your dashboard.
Is there a monthly fee or contract?
No. No monthly fee, no contract, no tiered plans. Just £3 per recovered opportunity, capped at £300/month, with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You sign up, add your card to activate messaging, and use AutoRevenueOS exactly like any paying customer for the first 14 days. Any recoveries we produce during the trial are yours — we don't bill for them. After 14 days, normal pricing kicks in.
